Former New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark, renowned for her leadership on a global stage, will join expert on health equity and policy Professor Sharon Friel in conversation to discuss the pressing challenges facing global health and security today. Together they will explore necessary reforms in governance and what these developments mean for the leaders of tomorrow.

The film "Black Orpheus" raises important questions around culture and representation, with its complex intersection of a French/Italian/Brazilian co-production, set amongst the Afro-Brazilian community and based on an ancient Greek myth. How does art shape society and culture, particularly in relation to the complexities of racial identities? How does this dynamic interaction manifest itself and change over time? Join us for a captivating public lecture by Mathematical Sciences Research Visitor Professor Masanori Morishita from Kyushu University. Delve into the world of prime numbers and fundamental objects in mathematics and explore the historical development and revolutions of mathematics as seen through the evolving understanding of primes.

The Susan Ryan Oration stands as the University's flagship International Women's Day celebration, dedicated to honouring the late Susan Ryan. Through this Oration, we aim to foster critical dialogues on gender equity and discrimination, issues that Susan championed throughout her extensive career, and which continue to be pressing national debates today.

As part of the , Follow-Me Printing will be soon rolled out on existing Multi-Function Printer Devices across the Acton campus. You will be able to print and scan from any of these printers, not just in the libraries. Simply swipe your ANU ID card, mobile phone or enter a PIN.  A pilot of this service will begin in June 2024.

The ANU Medical Centre has recently returned as an ANU-managed centre following four years of outsourcing to a third party. We’d like to hear from students to better understand what’s important to you and ways we can improve our services. You input will contribute to a report that will be presented to the University.
