Get your skin checked for summer
As we come into the heat of summer, remember to stay hydrated and be sun smart.
On a hot summer day, sunburn can start to occur in just under 15 minutes. Overexposure to UV light can increase risk of skin cancer. It is important to be familiar and check your own skin if you notice any changes. Look out for: - Changes to colour, size, shape or thickness of moles and freckles over period of weeks or months - Small lumps - Any wounds that are not healing Skin-checks are available at the ANU Medical Centre.

Are you an orchestral musician looking to play in the ANU Orchestra in 2024? Or perhaps you have experience playing in big bands and would like to join the ANU Jazz Orchestra in 2024? Open to all ANU students, this will be a flagship ensemble that plays big gigs and works with the finest at the ANU School of Music. Applications close Monday 5 February.
